Upcoming Users Group Session on September 12, 2013

We are reviving the Mid-Atlantic Google Apps Users Group. Plan to join us for face-to-face learning opportunities and conversations with fellow Google App administrators.

Date and time: Thursday, September 12, 2013, from 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Location: Dominion Enterprises, 150 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510 | 20th Floor.

Agenda

  • 10-10:30 AM: Registration, opening remarks, and introductions.
  • 10:30-12:00 PM: Postini/GMD Transition (Presentation plus extensive Q&A) | Speaker: Jack Halprin, eDiscovery and Information Governance Specialist, Google
  • 12-1:15 PM: Catered lunch / Vendor Presentation (1/2 hour).
  • 1:15-2:15 PM:  
    • Roadmap on Collaborative Tools: Google Drive, Sites, etc. (for individuals covered by Google Apps NDA) | Speaker: Nick Friedman, Enterprise Strategist - Docs and Drive, Google
    • New members and prospective customers.
  • 2:15-2:30 PM: Break
  • 2:30-3:30 PM: Open forum: Security, SSO Solutions, and Audit Tools.
  • 3:30-4:00 PM End with “suggestions” for next session (e.g., Chrome OS, Mobile solutions).
